takes 5–10 business days, while a full visual identity or brand book can take
3–6 weeks. When you start a project with CMYK Box, we always agree on a
timeline before work begins.

Yes — once you start a project and it is complete and payment is received,
all final files are yours. We also keep a backup copy for at least one year
in case you need them again.

Each service includes a set number of revision rounds as listed in the pricing above. Additional revisions can be arranged at an hourly rate.

The more context you give us, the better. Ideally, we’d love to know your business name, industry, target audience, competitors you admire (or want to stand out from), preferred colors or styles, and any existing brand materials. Depending on the service, you’ll receive a combination of SVG, PDF, PNG, WEBP, AI and CDR files — everything you need for both print and digital use. Final file formats are listed under each service above. See our work before you start a project.

When you start a project with us, we require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before final files are delivered. We accept bank transfer and Revolut.

We offer post-delivery support for minor adjustments within 7 days of final delivery at no extra charge. For larger changes or new directions, we’ll prepare a separate quote.
